This modern cardigan with its two-tone color scheme, mohair texture, and poncho-like silhouette was designed by Mikiko Umemoto, a popular knit designer with a high fashion sense. It is made with two strands of luxurious silk mohair from ROWAN, a premium yarn brand representing the UK, and knitted with thick needles. The simple design is completed by knitting two rectangles together and knitting the cuffs in a circle. The elaborate-looking rope knit on the placket uses a pattern that is the same on the top and bottom. This cardigan is neither too sweet nor too cozy, and goes well with both skirts and pants. It adds a rich mood to your outfit.

I designed something that is "as easy and cute as possible" with the goal of "knit and wear!" I added some points that require a little effort, such as "rope knitting" and "seaming the knitted fabric", so please give it a try.
