  • Is there an expiration date for Merry Point?

    Merry Points are valid until the end of December three years after the year in which the points were added.
    (Example: Points earned from purchase in September 2023 ⇒ Valid until the end of December 2025)
    You can check the expiry date of your Merry Point by going to the "My Page" (*login required) and selecting "Check FELISSIMO Merry Point".

  • When will the redeemed gifts arrive?

    The gifts that you have redeemed will be delivered together with products that you have purchased in Monthly BOX. In order to redeem your gifts, you must also order the products besides Merry Point gifts at the same time. (You cannot only order Merry Points gift in your purchase.)

  • Can I return an item that I redeemed by Merry Points?

    Basically, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any gifts besides defective products.
