It is made of seven metals based on the astrology of Tibetan esoteric Buddhism, called Seven Metals, which are likened to the stars of the universe: Sun (gold), Moon (silver), Mars (copper), Mercury (mercury), Venus (iron), Jupiter (tin), and Saturn (zinc). It is a high-quality Tingsha that can only be produced by a limited number of craftsmen, as it requires time and skill to prepare and mix the seven metals. It is rung at the beginning of a yoga lesson or therapy to deepen meditation, or at the end of the lesson to return your consciousness to reality after a deep meditation state. It is said that the cool, high-pitched sound drowns out the noise in your head, relieves anxiety and tension, and helps you concentrate and relax.
