    The cut-off date of MONTHLY BOX (formerly FELISSIMO COLLECTION)
    has been changed from a unified cut-off date to an individual cut-off date.

    Depending on the ordered products, the order processing time will vary.
    We will set the cut-off date individually to arrange the most suitable order cycle for you.
    The cut-off date for the next order will be set according to the shipping date. 

     
    In addition, customers can change the order content unlimited times before the cut-off date.

    The shopping bag will close after the order cut-off date and indicate "Order is preparing".
    You can check the processing status of your order when it is ready.
     ※If the customer is shopping for the first time on our website or has logged in but the cut-off date is not displayed,
    you may place an order at any time. (There is no order cut-off date.).
    The order cut-off date calendar shown on the homepage will be discontinued.

    If you have multiple accounts,
    the system will integrate them into one account.

    For the website to more smoothly migrate, customers with multiple accounts,
    the system will combine them into an account number used to place the last order.

    Only one address can be registered.

    Before the website was updated, it was possible to register two addresses,

    Multiple Subscription, Multiple Entry, and Annual Subscription
    may only be paid using international credit cards.
