Q. I did not receive e-mail confirmation after registration.

The registration confirmation email is unavailable to resend.

If you can log in with the LOGIN ID and password you registered as a member, your registration is complete. After logging in, please check your e-mail address on "Confirm/Change membership information" of My Page.

Please amend the email address If it is incorrect. If the email address is correct, it may have been sent to junk mail box. In addition, please set "@felissimo.co.jp" as the domain specification reception of your email.
