Q. What will happen to the billed amount if the ordered product is out of stock?
If payment is by credit card, we only hold the authorization on your credit card when you place an order and will process the payment when your order is ready to be shipped.
Therefore, if the products are sold out/out of stock, we will cancel all of that authorization and will charge the correct amount (after deducting the sold-out/out of stock) when the parcel is ready to be shipped.
If the payment is by Alipay/PayPal, we will refund you when your order is ready to be shipped.
