Q. How to know if the product is out of stock?

You can check the status of your order in "Order Status/Purchase History" of "My Page".

In addition, if some of the products are out of stock, you can find the information on each item you ordered on the "Collection Sheet" which is attached to the delivery package. The details as below:

  •  [Sold Out]: This item is out-of-stock.
  • [All Gone]: This item is sold out and no longer available.
  • [Sales End]: This item is discontinued.
  •  [Split Del]: This item will be sent at a later date in another delivery.

If all products are out of stock, we will inform you by email.
