Q. If I was a member in Japan before,  what do I need to do?

Please contact us from the "Contact us" (inquiry form) after registering as a member of the Felissimo Global site.

After receiving your contact, we will transfer the color/style of your purchase records on the Japanese website to the Global account. You may receive the same color/style as you received if the transfer procedure was not performed.
