Q. Can items be returned, exchanged, or cancelled?
Items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective.

For the cancellation of Monthly BOX, please cancel or revise by placing the order again before the cut-off date.
If the cut-off date has passed, please contact us via the Contact Us Form.
*In addition, if the "Order Status" on My page is "Preparation for delivery", it cannot be cancelled.
