Q. Can I add/delete products?
If you are a Monthly Box new customer or a customer who has resumed ordering (a customer who has not ordered for a long time), you can change the order on the same day as the order date. If you place an order every month, you can change the order content many times before the order cut-off date, such as adding or deleting items, and you need to complete the order procedure again after the change, including the payment procedure.
If you pay by credit card, we will re-credit each time you resubmit your order. If you pay with Alipay, we will retake the payment each time you resubmit your order.
In addition, after the application deadline, please use the dedicated inquiry form and select the type of inquiry "Orders (order changes, cancellations)".
