Borrowing the power of art to relax your mind, the popular "Brain Awakening Drawing Series" has a short version that allows you to concentrate and refresh in just 15 minutes. Easy switch to yourself who is comfortable with art. Would you like to experience it yourself?
The text consists of 3 steps so that you can concentrate → relax in just 15 minutes. As you draw according to the procedure such as "Let's trace the shape of the rubber band", you will unknowingly enter into your own world. The drawing paper is about the size of your palm, so even those who are not good at drawing can try it without hesitation.
By immersing myself in painting, I can unravel and relax from my usual thoughts, sometimes being confused by methods that are not my own. 15 minutes of free self-expression should also be an important time to face yourself. I was able to draw this much myself! With a sense of satisfaction, I feel even better!
We will deliver a set of different interesting art supplies every month. All of them have been carefully selected for this program without compromise.
