You can enjoy the taste of two colors. Also for those who recommend a combination!

We received colored somen noodles from Ikeri, a long-established Miwa somen shop with a 173-year history founded in 1850, set in a special OSYAIRO wooden box. The yellow somen noodles are kneaded with kabosu powder, and have a subtle bitterness that stands out with sweetness, while the red ones have a rich plum flavor. Miwa somen is characterized by its strong body and chewy texture even though it is thin. In Sakurai City, Nara Prefecture, which is said to be the birthplace of somen, enjoy the traditional taste and colorful color of Ikeli somen, which is carefully hand-rolled, while imagining the face of your favorite! ? I hope you enjoy it. Also makes a great little gift for your otaku friend who loves the combination of yellow and red. (^^)

The wooden box is decorated with a pattern called “Cloisonne Tsunagi”, which is said to be auspicious because the circles that represent harmony are endlessly connected.

A set of two flavors: yellow with the slightly bitter and sweet taste of kabosu, and red with the rich aroma of plum.

*Best before date: 3 and a half years from date of manufacture (products with a best before date of 6 months or more will be delivered)
*There may be some creases in the noodles upon delivery.
*Due to the characteristics of wood, there may be some bleeding or misalignment in the printed pattern on the wooden box.
