A magnificent flower arrangement in your hand

Shosoin houses many "goshi," lidded boxes that once contained offerings to gods and Buddhas. Among these, we have made a pouch from a particularly unique flower-shaped goshi, which features a three-dimensional representation of the Hosohana flower. Its glittering, legged form makes it seem like a mysterious creature, and even gives off an emotional attachment.
