The teenagers who we deliver food to come from a variety of backgrounds, including poverty, neglect, and abuse. That's why we don't just send food, we also value our interactions on LINE. By responding to each person's requests to the best of our ability, we build relationships of trust that make them feel like they can come to us for advice. As we continue to provide advice and food support via LINE, we've seen some happy changes, such as "I was given information about scholarships, and after applying, I was able to live more comfortably," and "Receiving food allowed me to focus on my studies or part-time jobs."
