Finally, the dream leather frame has come true.

Although it looks like a basic clasp wallet, it is different because the clasp is wrapped in leather. By wrapping the frame part in leather, the clasp is upgraded to a more mature look. This design is something that Yamaneko, the leader of Japanese Craftsmen Project, has wanted to try for more than 15 years. He admired the antique leather-wrapped wallets he saw overseas and wanted to make an original item someday! He had requested several times from bag manufacturers, but the leather-wrapped metal fittings require a lot of time and skill, so it never came to fruition. This time, the person who took on this difficult job was Ayumi Ando, a planner for bag and wallet brands. Ando asked a wallet specialist workshop in Osaka to make it for him, and a skilled wallet craftsman was able to make it. Wrapping the clasp in hard leather is a very difficult task, but the craftsmanship is amazing and the result is stunning. "They carefully determined the direction of the slightly elastic fibers of the leather and made it beautifully," Ando said, and was satisfied with the finished product. The smart size makes it easy to hold in your hand and very light. The accordion-style bag opens wide, allowing for ample storage. It comes in two colors, black and brown. The bright red-brown color will brighten your mood just by holding it. Its stylish nuances are appealing, without being too cozy. The embossed logo of &Stories, commemorating the 20th anniversary, is also a subtle point.
