  • If you can "stop" after delivery, you can deliver only once.

    • You cannot request a "one-time order" in advance.
    • Items of Just One" in Delivery Pattern, which are often found in fashion items, will be delivered only once when you order. (These items automatically stop delivery after two months even if you do not follow the procedure.)
  • The "Just One" mark is one of Delivery Pattern for items in [FELISSIMO Monthly BOX].

    Therefore, even if you apply for a "Just One" item, it will be delivered as a [FELISSIMO Monthly BOX], but "Just One" will be delivered continuously because it is a "one-time delivery" pattern. There is no item.

    After applying "Application Status/Purchase History" Please verify.

      
    • In the case of mail or facsimile, it will take several days before it appears on the website. Also, if you change your order at a later date, you may not be able to see the changed contents.


    ■ Change of application
    For first-time and resuming customers, we will process your order by the same day as your application, and for those who continue from the previous month, we will process your order by the "application deadline". Additional changes is possible.

    • If your order has already been processed, it will be re-arranged through the change procedure. Please note.
    • Since the application will be overwritten each time you send it, please send all the final requests for additions and changes to the application.
