Q. I forgot my ID/password

If you have forgotten your ID or password, please refer to the following.

Please try resetting your password from "Forgot your FELISSIMO ID/Password" on the login screen.
FELISSIMO ID will be sent to you by email after you have completed resetting your password.
*The notification email after the reset is completed will be sent to the email address registered in email address 1.

If you have not registered your email address or are unable to reset your password due to an error, please contact us from here.

  • The inquiry form may be closed during the customer service holiday period (New Year holidays, etc.).
  • Please note that if you have already made a purchase with FELISSIMO, registering as a new member may cause problems such as duplicate designs that you have previously sent.
