We will introduce the procedure from placing an order to delivery of Monthly BOX in 5 steps. If you are placing an order at FELISSIMO (Global) for the first time, please make sure to check the "Shopping guide for first-time customer".

1.Beginning
For new members, you will get 5000 merry point as a welcome gift when your first Monthly BOX order is delivered.
For this 5,000 merry point, you can redeem merry point gifts or support social service activities by donating your points to our fund programs. Please click "MERRY POINT" for more details.

2. Find an item
FELISSIMO sells various products, mainly original products such as fashion, sundry goods, handicraft kit sets, and more.
Please feel free to find the items for trending and your favourite.
3. Placing an order
Please click "Add to shopping bag" and follow the steps to place an order. There are 3 different types of payment methods for choosing, which are credit card, Alipay, and PayPal.
Remarks: For Multiple Subscription, Multiple Entry ,and Annual Subscription, only payment by credit card is acceptable. (Payment by Alipay, PayPal cannot be accepted.)

4. Delivery
Orders are usually delivered within 3-4 weeks. You can place a new order if the status of the order on "Order status / Order History" in "My page" is tagged as "Shipped".
Moreover, please note that if the status is tagged as "Processing", it is unavailable to place the order. Please add the items to the shopping bag at that time.
