For Express BOX order, we are sorry that we do not accept changes of shipping address once the order is confirmed.

4. Notification
- The products will be sent from Japan. There is an Overseas Shipping and Handling Fee.
- Delivery is by DHL, EMS only as determined by region. EMS is for shipment to China only.
- Delivery date and time may not be designated, and no contact ahead of time.
- For parcel delivery, courier companies such as DHL may contact you at your registered phone number or email address. ※The monthly order of Collection website cannot be split into multiple shipments.
- Although Japanese, English, and Chinese are available on the website and for Customer Service, catalogs and other printed matters are in Japanese only (partly written in English and Chinese remarks depending on the shipping destination). ※However, invoices (import and export documents) are only in English.
