We've created a half-zip sweatshirt that's just the right thickness to wear on its own or layered, perfect for the coming season. We made many prototypes, focusing on the strength and width of the ribbing, so that it can be worn with any bottoms without looking bulky and looks balanced, and we made it so that it falls to the waist. We also put a lot of thought into the details around the neck, so that it looks neat and clean no matter how far you zip it up.
"For the sweatshirt, I made many fine adjustments to the size of the collar, but in order to consider the balance, I had to pay close attention to the structure as well, which made me realize the depth of clothing making. It was a struggle, but I'm very happy with the finished product."
