Darning, the increasingly popular way to mend tears in socks and clothes, is a fun pastime that many people enjoy, and we're introducing some ideas to make it even more fun. Using a small loom called a "weaving loom," you can enjoy darning while creating a variety of woven fabrics. Each time, you will use DMC's wool embroidery thread "ECO VITA" to create four woven patterns on a tubular knit. It's fun to see the various patterns that emerge depending on how you thread the thread. The kit comes with a generous amount of thread, so you can practice with it before actually darning.
