The first delivery of Monthly BOX will be delivered to your side in 3 to 4 weeks from the order. Yet, you may receive your order a bit earlier depending on the situation of the goods. Express BOX will be delivered around 5 to 12 working days after application. Pre-order delivery varies depending on the products.
For Monthly BOX, beginning with your second order, please place your order before the monthly deadline once you receive the products.

Express BOX and Pre-order are available to choose the design of products.For Monthly BOX, other than the Just One and One Pattern products, please leave the selection of the design and order of your delivery to us. We are confident that you will be pleased with our selection. Please look forward to the monthly deliveries.

Items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective.
If the item is defective, please contact our Global Customer Service within 10 days after delivery of the item.
