フェリシモの雑貨Kraso［クラソ］|街さんぽで見つけた　京あめクロッシェあめとはんなり　ネイルシールセットの会|砂糖と水あめを配合して煮詰め、80℃ほどに熱された状態を保ちながら、細やかな空気を素早く抱き込ませて、何度も引っ張ることであめは輝きを増します。この工程を何度もくり返して色と味を調え、職人しかわからない微かな調整と配合によって個性豊かなあめが生まれます。

This is an example of a one-time delivery set.

Sugar and starch syrup are mixed together and boiled down, then heated to about 80℃ while being pulled repeatedly to make the candy shine. This process is repeated many times to adjust the color and flavor, and unique candies are created through subtle adjustments and blends that only a craftsman can master.
