  •  Please enter your name in capital letters and put a space between your first and last name.

  • Please enter the phone number without the country code. ※For the customers living in Taiwan, please enter the same mobile phone number as registered on EZ WAY.

Please enter one of the following information: membership number, address, or LOGIN ID.
Either one is required
    • Please enter 3-4 digits (without hyphens).
    • If you do not have a membership number or do not know it, please enter your address or Login ID [below].
    • Please abbreviate the address due to word restrictions. Commas are not allowed.
    • For English address registration, please register the address translated with google translate in uppercase half-width alphanumeric characters.
    • LOGIN ID must be 4 or more characters, single-byte alphanumeric characters. Only hyphens and underscores are allowed.

Contents of inquiry

  • Please enter detailed information such as the name, Products Code, name of the product, URL, etc., as well as the details of your inquiry.
  • For customers who want to cancel their accounts
    If you want to cancel your account, please enter "Cancel my account" in the content of your inquiry.

    ・We will confirm whether all operations (such as whether the product has been delivered or not, etc.) have been completed before proceeding with the cancellation procedure.
    ・We will proceed with the cancellation directly and will not reply to your application notification by email.
    ・Since the information for sending the e-newsletters is prepared in advance, there is still a chance that you may receive them within about one week even after applying for cancellation.
