Merry Points (mr) are FELISSIMO accumulates through shopping and activities.
Accumulated points can be exchanged for designated products or used for donations to support activities.

3. How to accumulate points
Based on your order, the Merry Point that you can get will be 1/10 of the total amount you have purchased.
Merry Point are valid until the end of December (Japan time), three years after the year they were shipped.
Even if you just register as a member without shopping, you can still accumulate Merry Point.
4. How to use Merry Point
Each product also shows the points that need to be exchanged for Merry Point.
You can check the current amount and expiry date of your Merry Points in "FELISSIMO Merry Point history" in "My Page".

5. About the delivery of Merry Point gifts
- The gifts that you have redeemed will be delivered together with products that you have purchased in Monthly BOX.
- In order to redeem your gifts, you must also order the products besides Merry Point gifts at the same time. (You cannot only order Merry Point gift in your purchase.)
- Depending on the Merry Point gifts, the delivery time may be different. For details, please check the product page of each item.
- Due to some conditions, the gifts may be separately sent besides Monthly BOX.
- Please noted that there might be changes to the designs. Also, due to the production factor, there may be chances that gifts are unable to be delivered or delay. Thank you very much for your consideration.
