Deliveries are impossible in countries or regions that need personal information to clear customs, such as taxpayer numbers.
Orders will only be shipped to the country or region of the current residence registered in the Membership Registration. We cannot ship to a country or region where you do not currently reside.
Gift delivery is not accepted.

Overseas Delivery and Handling Fee includes shipping by air and local delivery, invoice fee and other costs.
The Japanese Consumption Tax amount indicated on the price of the product is applied to the Overseas Delivery and Handling Fee. (There is no reduction in the amount.).
For discounted products, the discounted price is applied toward the Delivery and Handling Fee.
Handling Fee may change without prior notice.

You may receive contact such as emails from courier companies.
For Taiwanese customers, storage fees may apply if the package exceeds the storage period. The customer is responsible for storage fees.
