Confirmation of Express BOX & Pre-order order content

The order status has the following stages.

■ "Order in Processing"
Some items of the order are in processing. Please wait for a while until shipping.
We are sorry that even if the customers contact us, we are unable to confirm or check the status of each product or the estimated delivery date. Thank you for your kind understanding.

■ "Ready for delivery"
The parcel is ready to be shipped. Please wait for a few days before sending it out.
For some products, it may take several days from preparation to delivery due to the shipping preparations.

■ "Shipped"
Please note that depending on the countries/regions, it may take a few days for the shipment.
If the products cannot be sent out in the current monthly order due to being sold out or other reasons, we will contact you individually.
